Emerging Practices LCSW, PLLC offers high quality, engaging clinical trainings in downtown Manhattan. We aim to bring a diversity of ideas and clinical practices to the fields of social work, creative arts therapy and marriage and family therapy.

Our mission is to embrace underrepresented practices, including those not fundamentally psychoanalytic or variants of cognitive behavioral therapy, to support new approaches that have not yet received significant institutional support, but are nonetheless worthy of attention. We also aim to encourage approaches that take into consideration underrepresented cultures, ethnicities, sexualities and lifestyles.

We hope to bring together individuals working in emerging approaches to share innovations in peer-development contexts in order for these methods to receive exposure for further research and advocacy.
